Here I started to work on water color a lot more. I found myself working a lot more towards the chaotic side of it, and kind of trying to figure out how I could use watercolor. I definitely didn't have a definite idea of where I wanted to go with my art at the beginning of the year, and I think over time, practicing with watercolor and creating whatever I could really helped with giving me some ideas of what to do. The main face piece is supposed to be two faces, one side is normal and another is more skeletal. I took heavy inspiration from the portrait series "Under the Influence" by Bryan Lewis Saunders. I continued to work with color and shapes, trying to see what I could do, while still trying my best to maintain some surreal aspects in the work. I still have a lot to improve on with this style of art.
